What You’ll Need To Succeed
In the technical recruiter role, the focus will be on the USA technology hiring services, primarily building new relationships with candidates. If you are a very hard worker, passionate about technology, building relationships, and solving problems, we would love to speak with you!
- Place and build relationships with candidates in technology roles.
- Accountable for building a candidate pipeline and expanding Highering Talent footprint in the market.
- Knowledgeable about the recruiting process to support client needs.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload.
- Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, communications, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT staffing and/or IT solutions.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ATS tools.
- High energy, exemplary work ethic, and a track record of revenue generation and growth.
- Good understanding of technology positions, job functions, and skill sets. Strong networking skills.
- An exceptional verbal and written communicator
- Ease to navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn.
- Sense of Urgency – a true competitor who exhibits the work ethic to honor every commitment
- Integrity – known for being authentic and genuine
- An Organized and detail-oriented individual who follows through on every project
